Travolook Com - Refund not initiated for Air ticket booked Fraud Company

Hello Team,
I had booked a ticket from Travolook.com which was later cancelled due to some technical issue (price hike) as conveyed to me through mail. I am continuously trying to reach out to their customer support team but no one is picking up. Many others have been duped in the similar manner by this website. This is an issue of cyber crime and should be addressed immediately. Even google search engine shows ad for this website which should be stopped immediately or else many more will get duped too. Kindly help me with the refund.
