Levi’s jeans was retuned two weeks ago, as I had received the wrong product. Although the return was completed, Amazon is telling me it was the wrong product. Although the product I received was wrong product. The product is eligible for return under the return policies as it is apparel. Further, the company is causing emotional distress by being uncooperative and passing calls and disconnecting the call.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
