I ordered an air-fryer from Amazon on **st July but when I received the box (*nd Aug), it had only the outer packaging while the air-fryer was missing from the box. So I tried contacting Amazon several times and they asked me to wait for *-* days as they are going through an investigation for this. Now, they are saying that sorry, we can't help you with this thing.
