Amazon India Limited - Received a broken item

We received a broken product. We shared the photograph with the Amazon India just after receiving product in * minutes. They said “we will do investigation and get back to you on * december, but you have to call us. We don’t have any facility to call you”. It was strange listing this from Amazon, such a reputed company. We did call today, they said they have done investigation and it was delivered to us correctly. I asked did you checked at the delivery time opening parcel , how did you investigated, please send me the investigation report. They said we have to terminate the call, we can’t say anything. I said please answer. It’s my hard earned money but they cut the call. This happed * times. I recorded the call the *th time after telling them that I am recording .
I am feeling very sad about my experience with Amazon India. I am going to make a YouTube video about the experience will share the link once it is done.
Thanks a lot for burning my hard earned money Amazon India.
