Booked a flight from Delhi to Frankfurt but the flight got cancelled due to Vivid travel restrictions. After SC's order to refund, the company told me to wait for *** days withing which the refund would be processed. Now when I want to contact them, there is no response, no customer care number and nothing. Contacted AirIndia and they told me to contact the travel company. Goibibo is not at all responding and the date is continuously being pushed further on the app.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
