Neeraj Patel filed complaint against Amazon on May 1, 2018
I have ordered a Book from Amazon.
They promised to deliver the book by **rd March.
But I didn't get any call . After * -* days I got call on very odd hour of my office time. I was in My office I asked the courier guy to come at some other time but he refused to come and told me that he will cancel My order.
I lodged the complaint by calling their customer exeCutive on the very same day.
They assured me to take action against the courier guy and refund My money.
Now it has been shy of * month since I ordered .
And still no sign of refund or my parcel.
Please do the needed.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
