My flight was booked on Yatra.com from Kolkata to Delhi for *st April ****. Due to coronavirus lockdown, there was mails and messages circulated by flight company that the flights have been cancelled due to COVID-** lockdown, and the full refund will get initiated within * business working days. Its been more than * business working days, but I still do not got my refund back. When I logged into my Yatra account, it is showing the my account has been disabled. And its such a shame that Yatra have not provided any number for Customer Support. It looks like their intention is to scam people and run away with customer's money. As per the government guidelines, all the flights have been cancelled and it is sole responsibility of the Airline or Yatra to dispense the full refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
