I have ordered a Overshirt from marks and spendors brand on ajio. What I’ve received is a shirt not an Overshirt, from netplay brand which is an sub brand of ajio.
Now i have returned it to them, they have picked my return also, and they promised me that the refund will be initiated by *rd feb.
But I got a mail on *nd feb regarding my complaint AJIO Complaint ID: COM*********** that they received a non ajio product and they can’t provide me a refund.
Now when we talk about netplay which is an sub brand of ajio! Now how came a netplay brand product is not from ajio.
Please provide me my full refund
