Amazon India - refund not initiate

i received a different watch form Amazon. i contacted customer care. they created a return they picked up for return and now not ready to refund the money saying have sent incorrect product. I am calling customer service they said this matter stands cancelled not able to tell even what incorrect product have sent back. I have given back the same watch I got. But amazon customer servie is not bothered to look into the hassle customer is facing. Very sad to know that amazon is such a big company is doing this.
