This is regarding compliant against airtel for my mobile no **********.
I have ordered iphone * on www.airtel.in/online on **th april ****. I have made payment of rs. **** as down payment. An amount of rs. **** got deducted from my icici bank credit card. But my order was not successful due to internet connectivity issue. Now I have not got my product but airtel has taken my hard earned money of rs. **** and not returning it back to my credit card.
I have also raised this issue with my bank but bank is saying merchant i.e. airtel has claimed the amount from them and bank is giving proof to me for this. So it is clear that airtel has taken my hard earned money of rs. **** without delivering any services to me.
I am hereby attaching the bank credit card statement and proof of payment received from my bank. I request you to pls intervene in this matter and get me rs. **** back to my credit card.
