I had ordered a sunglasses from this company and had to return as it was too big. They arranged a pick up and product was picked up on the next day. It has been * months they have not refunded my money. After multiple attempts of calling them they mentioned that they had received a different product i.e. a dress and won't refund my money. I asked them to send it back but I have not heard from them yet and no response is given.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
