Easemytrip.com - Refund not given

I booked ticket from easemytrip on **/**/** and its cost me **k+. Due to covid** flight got cancelled from airlines and after checking with airlines, they said you can get full refund from where(easemytrip) you booked ticket. I tried to call so many time to easemytrip but they didn't answer and after so many emails they reply they can refund less than half (*k) money which they receive from airlines but airlines says that they full refund to easemytrip but easemytrip denied. I want to complain against easemytrip.com now it's almost more than * months they are not returning my money they just denied that they didn't receive money from airlines. I hope from this platform I will receive my money.
