Nithya filed complaint against Colive on Aug 16, 2019
Colive forced me to pay an advance of Rs **** for a bed in colive splendor that wasn't vacant yet. Promising me they would give it to me by *st August. They failed to do so, leaving me homeless and they didn't even inform me. And now they are denying the refund as well. They never pick my call, they never respond to me and they either block me or cut the call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
