I have ordered a pair of glasses from coolwinks on *th june. I made an online payment through google pay. Just after payment my order got cancelled automatically. When I contacted them they said the order couldn't be fulfilled so they cancelled it. Now its been a week and they are not giving me refund. Their email support is not working and neither are they answering calls.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
