I have ordered * order (Rs ****) on summer sale ***% cashback on coolwings.(My order id-CW************* and order id-CW************* ).Before order i have confirmed with their customer care helpline whether i eligible for ***% cashback or not. That time they said I'm eligible and i will receive ***% cashback next ** working days after order received. After receiving my order i again * times confirmed with their customer executive that when will i received my cashback..That time they said that i will surely received my cashback in ** working days.. After ** days when i not received my cashback i again call their customer executive..This time i got big surprise..they says me that I'm not eligible for that offer..than I'm called them to return my order that time they says to me that I'm also not eligible for return order..this is the example of open fraud..They manipulate the term and conditions of offer and fools the customer..I want justice and my cashback..please help me
