I had ordered a * pair of sunglasses from cool winks under the scheme of ***% cashback. But after receiving the product I contacted their team and told them to give me my cash back. They told me to wait for ** days and then they have sent a mail that I am not eligible for cashback. I am having a call recording that I had recorded while talking with their team in which they have told me that I will get my full payment back but now they are not giving it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
