Customer filed complaint against Kent Ro Systems on Apr 15, 2019
I bought Kent Grand Star from dealer shared by Kent Customer Care (Dealer: Senthil Murugan, Ph.no: **********). Upon installation, the mineral indicator was swinging and informed both dealer and technician. They suggested waiting for * days. Raised customer complaint post * days and the technician found the problem to be the defective motherboard. Requested Kent customer service to replace machine since it is defective. Kent customer service asked to contact dealer stating they are not responsible. The dealer agreed to replace after a great hassle. Dealer instead of replacing with new machine ended up bringing another old machine without carton box and guarantee card. Now both Kent customer care, dealer and kent sales or their email ids: sales@kent.co.in and service@kent.co.in are not responding for refund and dealer team is behaving extremely unprofessional.
