Easemytrip - REFUND NOT GIVEN

On **.**.****, i tried to book flight ticket from India to USA on easemytrip website. I booked it total three times as everytime they informed me that the airline rejected the booking. Fair enough, now the amount is credited to the Ease my trip wallet as they said it would take atleast * days to refund the amount. Now on the same day i.e **.**.****, i initiated a request for refund from wallet to bank account for an amount of ******/-. I mailed easemytrip email id care@easemytrip.com so many times. Initially they said i would get in couple of days but now they even stopping replying to my mails. i request you to resolve the complaint.
