I have purchased Skullcandy smoking buds * earphones from Amazon on **-Jan-**** for ****₹. It has amazon's choice mark but it is sold by Muzik hub. Since it was not compatible with my laptop so I decided to return it and to buy a Bluetooth headset, due to Amazon's policy electronic items should be replaced first then on the second time of return you will get the refund. First time everything was alright but on the second time when I returned the product to get my refund firstly, they said that your refund will be initiated in some day. Since then it's been about a month I called to costumers cares frequently to get my refund but they are not refunding my money and now they are saying that they will not refund my money because the wrong product was returned. Although I have returned the same product and I have called to the delivery and he is saying that everything was right on my side. Now they are not refunding and not giving me my product back. I extremely hate amazon India.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
