On **th April **** I had booked one flight ticket from visakhapatnam to chennai by using my younger brother amazon prime account and paid **** rupees and its PNR was ERVZTX. But soon i realized my mistake. Actually this ticket was booked by mistake. I had to book ticket from chennai to visakhapatnam. I immediately contacted customer care of indigo airlines. For which they suggested that it is not a major issue. I just will have to book another ticket from chennai to visakhapatnam and then they would cancel my previous ticket and refund the entire amount which will return to my original mode of payment within * working days.Following their advice I immediately booked another flight ticket worth rupees ****/- and its PNR was BWTW*A. But even after passing of ** days and talking to make my trip as well as indigo airlines I have not received any refund. Kindly help me to get this problem resolved.
