I have ordered a laptop on Amazon and I have returned it within the return period as it doesn't meet my expectations and it looked like it has been used. The product has been checked and Amazon accepted the return and says the refund will process within * days after the seller has received the product. The seller has received the return on April *, **** and after I called customer care they are saying they won't give the refund or the laptop and can't give the specific reason. No communication has been given that it will be declined to refund and in the application it is showing that still under process.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
