I booked a flight during lockdown a year ago and the flight company has processed the refund via Paytm . But paytm has not initiated the refund and has kept on bluffing ever since, i am calling the paytm's customer care for more than a month and it just keeps on lying and says to wait for * days and after * days then again come up with some new lie. This is simply nothing but harassing a customer. Please do something.
