I have booked an international flight to London from Bangalore through MakeMyTrip mobile app. Due to bad weather conditions on Jan *th ****, the flight ticket has been cancelled by the jet airways team at Bangalore airport and was issued a letter (which I am attaching) saying I will get the full refund. But make my trip people have refunded only *****rs out of *****. When contacted they are just giving lame excuses and have not refunded even after ** days. When contacted jetairways team they arranged a conference call with makemytrip and cleared confirmed that they have refuned the total amount. Now the amount is stuck with makemytrip people. I have been paying interest for the same amount since **days. Their customer service representatives did not even call back. I am a doctor, and even in my busy schedule I call them daily asking about the progress and they just say apologies for the inconvenience. I even mailed them many times.
