Ishan filed complaint against PayTM on Oct 29, 2018
I placed order for earphones and received defective ones which were not working. Order date was ** october **** and it was delivered on ** october for which i placed return request. It costed me ***Rs and I had applied a promo which gave me **Rs Cashback after delivery. I placed return the very same evening of order delivery but till today ** october ****, no one came to pick the product back and i havent recieved my money.
I have called on the customer care number ****-******* for about ** times for more than * mins every time but no one picks the call.
This is serious customer harassment and i need full resolution and compensation for whatever time they made me waste.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
