Poulomi filed complaint against Makemytrip on May 30, 2018
Have to cancel flight tickets to and from Kochi due to the current Nipah Virus outbreak. Makemytrip said clearly they will not refund the amount.
Have written multiple emails and made multiple calls to customer care to the airlines and to Makemytrip but everything to no avail. Very rude service and only more harassment.
Was also ready to have another reservation against cancellation but apparently they don't entertain that as well. Have suffered not only financially but mentally!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
