Dhruvin Patel filed complaint against Ajio on Aug 18, 2022
On *th Aug **** I tried to placed order on AJIO with Net banking as payment option. Net banking transaction was successful and amount of ****.** was debited from my Axis bank account but order was not processed and order id was also not generated.
After the transaction, I even got SMS from AJIO that recent transaction was unsuccessful and any amount debited will reflect in source account in *-* working days.
I have shared the details of transaction reference number with AJIO customer care along with bank screenshot but still money is not refunded. I have raised * complaints with them COM*********** & COM*********** and both are resolved without informing anything to me OR asking for any more details.
They are denying to refund the amount by saying that amount was never credited to them whereas as per bank and payment gateway amount was updated at the merchant which is AJIO.I have also mailed to grievance office of AJIO but there is no revert on the same
