Shambhavi Amit Togare filed complaint against Yatra Com on Dec 10, 2020
We had made Indigo flight bookings for the first week of may ** through Yatra.com. However due to Covid the flights were cancelled and on ** Nov **, Indigo has done full refund of booking to Yatra.com. Proof of refund is available on their website. However its been a month, we have not received any refund or response from Yatra.com. This is causing severe mental agony and we want to take stringent legal actions if not resolved.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
