Geetika chawla filed complaint against Makemytrip on Oct 8, 2020
My flight from delhi to bali and vice versa was cancelled by air asia (travel date *th april and **th april)due to covid. Airline is saying they have initiated the refund. But makemytrip has not given the refund in my account till now. Its been more than * months now. And also there is no customer care service to contact for any further help. Now they are not telling when i will get my refund. please help in this regard.
