I had an order for Rs ***** - htc one x* smartphone order# ***-*******-******* and at the time of shipping i raised a return, after so many days amazon informed that they have paid the refund. but i have not received any refund in my account till date **.**.****
**.**.** - placed order for htc one x* at amazon.in
**.**.** - requested amazon to cancel the order.
**.**.** - released amount by amazon (as per amazon.in)
after so many complaints to amazon.in they given reference id as igaboqqkk*
( they are not ready to give me transaction id )
and for the same amazon told me log a customer dispute complaint at sbi , i done so, sbi ticket number **********
contacted sbi and amazon people more than ** times since then. none of them want to resolve my problem.
called both the parties again . no response from amazon or sbi in resolving this issue.
please help me in getting back my money
