Yatra.com - Refund not given after rescheduling of flight

This is regarding my flight booking with PNR BB*FQJ from shirdi to Delhi ON **.**.**** through SpiceJet. Vide message dated **.**.**** SPICEJET intimated that due to introduction of THEIR summer schedule my flight timmings with above PNRs have been change from *:** p.m to **:** a.m. In this regard ON MY conversation with SpiceJet customer care, my flight was cancelled with full refund on account of rescheduling the flight by spicejet. However even after a period of more than ** dAYS MY REFUND HAS NOT BEEN INITIATED BY YATRA.COM. Kindly intervene in the matter for expediting the process of grant of full refund to my account.
