I have enrolled for Salesforce Platform Developer* course in Intellipaat. One of their Sales executive Priyank Patnaik has given me all the false promises and asked me to enroll. I did the enrollment by paying the whole amount of Rs *****+ . Then post that for the services whatever they assured, I tried calling. But he didn't answer or give me a call back.
Then I raised a complaint in their website. Then I received a call from their Manager Deepali Sharma. Again false promise of **% refund was agreed. And asked me to withdraw the complaint. I did it . But I didn't get any refund yet, also she is not responding to my mail or call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
