We have booked our air tickets to travel across the USA during May **** through MakeMyTrip (India) in airlines like Delta airlines from Chicago to New York- * persons, las vegas to Seattle -* persons and American airlines- st. Croix to Miami- * persons but due to medical problem our entire journey was dropped and all relevant documents were submitted to the MakeMyTrip in the month of April **** as an above accident occurs on **.**.****. My daughter is in the USA and she contacted Delta and American for the refund. They confirmed that the entire PNR ***% refund was made to MakeMyTrip on **.**.**** and **.**.**** but MakeMyTrip is not refunding the same and today they have declined.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
