Snapdeal - Refund not done

I ordered Park's Textbook of Preventive and Social Medicine ** th Edition **** on ** th of October,**** The suborder I'd is ***********. I cancelled my order on ** th of October,****.And it was stated that refund will be initiated within * business days and if delivery was tried it was asked to refuse. I already refused order once when they tried for delivery after cancellation. Now they are again trying to deliver. Customer care is robot speaking. When I chatted with the Snapdeal worker,the response was not on time, they are asking to refuse the order when it comes for delivery again which is really unsatisfactory.
