Flipkart - Refund not done intentionally

Worst experience with Flipkart. Recently ordered a xovaco car cover for maruthi ciaz. After receiving it found to be not useful because of its poor quality hence initiated a refund process. No body came for pickup even after multiple followup. The request was open until the return period is over, later they cleverly cancelled they My return request . I have recorded call. Multiple time they promised saying someone will come pickup and you will get refund. Still nobody came. Please help to get my money refunded
