On **th December, I purchased gift vouchers worth **,*** rupees, and once I received the gift card, I was not able to access the gift card so I called and asked why it has happened but the customer care person without my consent canceled my order. And I asked for a refund and they replied ' that it is not possible to refund the amount in a bank account. We can only refund the amount in the amazon pay balance - with no option left I said to refund the amazon balance. However, I whenever reach out no matter how many times - once in a week I get a response saying they are working on it. It's been close to ** days. Please help - I don't think they will refund me - I want my cash refund.
