Himanshu Marwal filed complaint against PayTM on May 4, 2021
Booked a flight ticket for parents from Delhi to Ahmedabad on **/*/**** through booking id *********** in indigo flight on dated **/*/****. The airline gave message that the flight cancelled and I have two choices to either book it on other flight or refund. I chose refund and the full refund was initiated by INDIGO on *th April, ****.
As the booking was through PayTM, this amount is stuck in their accounts. Till date, no amount is reflected in my account. They booked a complaint via complaint no. ********* on **/*/**** but till date no response from their team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
