My booking from Lucknow to Delhi for ** august **** from air India flight AI *** through MakeMyTrip but flight was not operational on that day when we reach the airport they said that the above flight is non operational and from air India counter they have a slip for full refund but yet I don’t got any refund my ticket number is *************,***,***,*** for Vikram jain,Sampada jain,paawani nahar jain,Arham nahar jain plz help to resolve it
