PUMA - Refund not deposited to my account

This is the most horrifying thing happened in my whole life, company puma is lying to me I ordered my puma shoes on **th sep , but I don't like it and wanna my money back due to its poor quality and style , so poor quality and I think they were may be counterfeit, so I requested for refund executive came up on **th September and I returned it to him he didn't gaven me any slip of return, then I called up puma on **th September they told me it take usually *_** days after return to refund your money back so I called them after * days , they told me your shoes are reached to warehouse and money will be credited to your account in next weak because we are lames and we don't work on Saturday and Sunday so I give them thanks and ended call , again I called after * days they told me finances team is delaying your refund sorry for convenience, then I called them around every day but I didn't get any thing on my stuff and when I called them today on *rd October they are telling me your product didn't reach to my warehouse yet when it reach we will initiate your refund and i got banged what the fuck you are telling me my shoes didn't reached , what are you telling me after that they stopped picking my calls
