I have ordered food via swiggy on **th and i paid online. Lateron i received a message that what i ordered is not available and i can either cancel.or opt substitute. I opted for free cancellation. On **th I received message that the refund has initiated and i will get it in * to * days. Again on **th I contacted them and they assured me resolution in ** hrs time. And till *th(today) *.** they keep on asking * to * days....now its ** days over.....I havent received my refund yet...Swiggy is a great looter and their executives are big liars....

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
