Air India Ease My Trip - refund not credited

Hello,

I Had Planned A Trip From CCU-BOM And BOM-CCU Via Air India Through EMT For The Month Of January **** Which Did Not Eventually Happen Due To Third Wave Of COVID-**. So I Had Contacted Air India And They Had Cancelled My Trip By Keeping My PNR Open Which Was Valid Till November ****.
Now, While Contacting Air India During October End, I Had Been Advised That The Ticket Has Been Refunded. Till Date I'm Fighting With EMT And Air India Over A Series Of Emails (Counting To More Than **) And Still The Status Is The Same.
Air India Claims In The Email That The Refund Has Been Made To EMT And Then EMT Contacts Me To Select Cancellation Option From The App. I Cancel The Tickets And Then After **hours I Receive Email Stating Airline Can Rejected The Refund. For The Past * Months The Status Is The Same. I Had Mailed Them *days Back And Repeated The Same Procedure Post Refund Confirmation From Air India And Still The Response Is The Same.
