Sagar Ghorai filed complaint against Air India Ease My Trip on Jan 21, 2022
My flight has been canceled by the Air-India last year. The ticket I have booked through EaseMyTrip. After flight cancelation, I contacted EaseMyTrip, and I was advised to cancel the ticket to get a full refund. I have also received a mail from ease my trip, that "full refund requested" to the airline. However, I have been charged the cancellation fee of *****!
Next, I contacted, Ease my trip and I was told to contact AirIndia. Then when contacted AirIndia, I was told, Ease my trip will contact them in this refund process. Several times call and email both AirIndia and Easemytrip, however no result.
Following are the details of my booking.,
Stockholm(ARN) to Bangalore and Bangalore to Stockholm(ARN).
Canceled flights: AI*** (** Dec ****) and AI *** (** Jan ****).
Ticket Amount: *****
Refund amount: ****
Refund date: **-**-****
