Nagaraju Dasari filed complaint against Air India Ease My Trip on Aug 7, 2021
When a ticked is booked for my return jouney it was confirmed and PNR has been generated. Suddenly, I came to know that one of my connecting flight has been cancelled by Air India with out any alternative arrangement offer from them not even entertaining my request of reschedule the canceled flight with other flight which make me to wait one hour extra at the Airport to catch the other available flight.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
