Hi Team,
I have purchased a few products from Flipkart on Big Billion Days (**th October, ****) which were prepaid. On **th October, those items got cancelled and till today, no refund has been credited in my Bank account. I have tried reaching out to customer support at least **-** times and have got no proper response till now.
The details of my product are below:
*- MAYBELLINE NEW YORK Hypercurl Mascara Washable *.* ml (Black)
*- MAYBELLINE NEW YORK Sara's Favorite Sensational Liquid Matte Pack of * - Touch of Spice, Nude Nuance, Red Serenade (Touch of Spice, Nude Nuance, Red Serenade, ** ml)- * sets
In all * products have been cancelled and a refund of Rs *,***.** (One thousand four hundred and sixty one) is pending from your end. Kindly process the return soon.
Flipkart is one of the largest commercial site and this kind of unprofessionalism is not expected at all,
I have already spoken to flipkart customer support team **-** times and never got a proper response. Kindly, look into the issue and resolve it soon since it is pending for more than ** days and I am not that free to always invest this much time.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
