Goibibio - Refund not credited in account

I have booked a ticket on *st Jan **** from Delhi to Surat but due to some reason, Goibibo couldn't book it and debited the money **** from my debit card. Their customer care called me and asked me to book another ticket as this money shall be refunded back to you within * days. But till date around * months, no refund has been credited to my account. We have exchanged **+ emails related to this issue and many calls also done. Submitted bank statement * times but still today no credit found in the account. They are mentally harassing me and I think they not in the mood to refund my money back.
