I, a new user with Ajio.com (https://www.ajio.com/) ordered * products which were delivered on ** Jul'**.
However one of the products did not match the expected quality and also had size issues and hence was returned within the stipulated company timelines. The return was accepted and a refund for the same was initiated on **th Jul, confirmed through an email mentioning that the amount would reflect in my Ajio wallet within ** hours and can be kept in my account forever.
Even after repeated follow -ups , the company is unable to resolve this small issue and deny giving the refund now.
The refund amount is Rs ***.**. The company has been harassing me mentally every time I try to contact their customer care
