Irctc Air - Refund not credited for reservation cancelled from IRCTC

I had booked the flight booked on **/**/**** from Bangalore to Kochi and the amount is deducted of Rs. ****.**. After deducting the amount got a mail that reservation failed with the transaction ID : **********. After that many i times i contacted the irctc customer care executives and they said its already refunded on **/**/****, but in my bank account it is not refunded. I contacted my SBI branch they said no refund received from IRCTC and they are asking evidence for refund from IRCTC. But from IRCTC not received any mail or message for refund evidence.
