Irctc Air - IRCTC Air is not returning full refund

IRCTC is not refunding the full amount. AirAsia has refunded my remaining balance (*,***) amount of the ticket IRCTC just returned only *** out of *,*** and saying. they deducted the cancellation charge. Worldwide all flights were canceled during the lockdown. But IRCTC is saying I canceled the flight so they deducted all the charges. My flight date was on **-May-**** (lockdown). So AirAsia canceled the flight and refunded the full amount of this ticket(**,***) to AirAsia wallet on Friday, ** May **** Then I booked one more flight (cost **,***) from their website using this wallet amount. So, the remaining amount is *,*** (screenshot is attached) And the same remaining amount (*,***) they refunded to the IRCTC account on **-Jan-**** and IRCTC returned only *** to me.
