IRCTC Air - Not refunding

SUKANTA MONDAL filed complaint against IRCTC Air on May 26, 2021

I trying to book the "Indigo" Air Ticket(Transaction id: **********) in respect of Mr. Pulak Halder from Mumbai to Kolkata on **/**/****. Book Amount Rs.****.** had been paid via "Phonepe" but ticket showing "Not Booked". Then I called irctc Customer care number, the Agent told me "please booked another air ticket, your previous debited amount will be refunded to your account next * working days. But till now I don't get this refund amount. I mailed to "flight@irctc.co.in" so many time but they did not any replay. It's been two months and I'm very worried. Please help me
