Hotell booked and cancelled afterwards-
OYO Flagship ***** Red Stone.
I had booked a room in the aforementioned hotel and then decided to cancel the booking on **th May, **. On the very same day, the app shows me this as the refund status :-
Refund Status:
Refund successfully processed
Refund of INR ****.* through UPI successfully transferred
But no refund/amount has been credited to my bank account/UPI yet. I have called the consumer service several times but no one has helped me out.
Plus, the refund status, as shwon in the app, does not come with a transaction reference number, so i could check the transaction status at the bank.
Please resolve this issue ASAP.
