Sowjanya filed complaint against Myntra Online Shopping on May 1, 2019
My refund amount is not credited to my bank account and whenever I call the customer care they say it will be credited in **hours/*days. Worst customer service and worst follow up. They won't work on the case and they only work for picking the order. It has been ** days, money is not credited even after ** calls and emails. How many times you give your account details they say it is incorrect where there is no point and logicless. They won't work properly.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
